Node size reflects how many internal links point at the page - your biggest nodes are the pages your site pushes hardest. Color encodes click depth from the homepage (blue near the surface through purple for 4+ clicks), and orphan pages that nothing links to glow red at the edge of the map.

Tables tell you THAT something is wrong; the graph shows you WHY. Isolated clusters, a blog silo not connected to the money pages, one hub carrying the whole site - structural patterns jump out visually in seconds that take hours to deduce from spreadsheets.

The crawl covers up to 500 pages; the graph renders the 400 most-linked pages so the picture stays readable and fast, and tells you when it truncated. For bigger sites, scan sections separately or start with the most important directory.
