Run the first check to set the baseline — every link gets a verified status: found, wrong anchor, nofollow, missing.

Every week the monitor re-checks the list automatically and records what changed.

Everything that matters for a paid placement: the link disappearing from the page, the anchor text being rewritten, rel switching to nofollow/sponsored, the page going 404 or being blocked from crawlers. Temporary fetch errors are reported separately as "could not verify" and never counted as a lost link.

Automatically once a week per monitor, plus you can hit "Run now" any time — after a bulk purchase, before paying a renewal invoice, or when a donor site looks suspicious. Each run charges 1 credit per link actually checked.
