Getting Started

What is HackMySEO

HackMySEO is a toolkit of 20 SEO tools built by practising SEO specialists for their own daily work: bulk index checking, rank tracking, backlink analysis and monitoring, domain screening, internal-linking analysis and AI-visibility tracking. Everything runs on one shared credit balance — no subscriptions, no per-tool plans.

Alongside the self-service tools we offer done-for-you services: broken link building, drop domain catching and link building consulting.

Creating an account

  1. Open Sign Up and register with your email and a password — or click Sign in with Google to create the account in one step.
  2. New accounts receive 50 free welcome credits — enough to try most tools on real data before topping up.
  3. No card is required to register.

Signing in

  • Use the email and password you registered with, or the Sign in with Google button if you signed up via Google.
  • Google-only accounts can set a manual password later in Profile — useful as a backup sign-in method.
  • Forgot your password and can't use Google sign-in? Contact support — we'll verify the account ownership and help you back in.

Your dashboard

After signing in you land on the Dashboard: your credit balance, recent activity, most-used tools and quick links. The left sidebar lists every tool grouped the same way as this guide. The lightning badge in the top bar always shows your current balance.

Credits & Billing

How credits work

  • One balance for all tools — every run costs a known number of credits, shown on the tool's form before you start.
  • Credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever.
  • Every charge and refund is listed in Billing → history, so the balance is always auditable.

Packages & prices

PackagePriceCreditsPer credit
Starter $10 1,200 $0.0083
Standard $20 2,600 $0.0077
Pro $35 5,000 $0.0070
Business $50 7,500 $0.0067
Enterprise $100 16,000 $0.0063

Each tool's own price (credits per check, per domain, per page…) is listed in its article below and on the tool's form.

How to pay (USDT)

  1. Open Billing and pick a package.
  2. Click Pay with USDT — you'll be redirected to the secure payment page of our crypto processor.
  3. Send the exact USDT amount shown (several networks are supported — pick the one your wallet uses).
  4. After the network confirms the transaction, credits are added to your balance automatically — usually within a few minutes.

Paid but credits didn't arrive? Give it up to 30 minutes (network congestion happens), then message support with your payment details — we can verify and settle the invoice manually.

Other payment methods are on the roadmap; for now USDT is the only option.

Automatic refunds

You only pay for delivered results:

  • If a tool run fails on our side or the data provider errors out, the charged credits are refunded automatically.
  • Crawl-based tools (Site Audit, Internal Linking Scanner) charge a budget upfront and automatically refund the unused part when the crawl finds fewer pages.
  • If you cancel a running task where cancellation is supported, the unprocessed part is refunded.

All refunds appear as separate lines in the billing history.

SEO Tools

Index Checker

Want to check your URLs in the index in bulk? With HackMySEO, you can do it at the lowest price with maximum accuracy.

When to use it

After publishing new pages, after a site migration, or before paying for links — to see which URLs Google has actually indexed instead of guessing.

Step by step

  1. Log in or Sign Up
  2. Prepare Your List.
  3. Insert the list into field.
  4. Receive a detailed report.

What you get

A table with every URL's status (indexed / not indexed) plus its HTTP code, ready to filter and export to CSV or XLSX. Not-indexed URLs can be sent straight to the URL Indexer.

Cost

  • Precise index check via DataForSEO SERP API
  • Budget index check via Inderixing API
Tips from the team
  • Precise mode checks the live Google SERP and is the most accurate; Budget mode is cheaper for very large lists.
  • Pages that return 404 are marked not-indexed without spending an API call.
  • Re-check a week after submitting URLs to the Indexer to measure the effect.

Online VLookup

Our tool allows you to quickly compare your website's database with a stop list, ensuring you avoid purchasing duplicate links from the same domain and improving the efficiency of your link-building strategy.

When to use it

When you receive a fresh list of donor domains and need to instantly see which ones you have already used, bought, or blacklisted.

Step by step

  1. Upload the list of sites you want to check for presence in the project stop list to the column. This is your database of donors that you want to publish for your projects.
  2. Select the number of "Project stop lists" and name them. Upload each project's referring domains (upload your projects' stop list, i.e., the websites where links to them have already been published).
  3. Get the result — you can download it in any convenient format: XML, DOCS, TXT, etc., or view it directly within the tool.

What you get

Every domain marked Unique or Duplicate against each of your stop-lists, with per-list match columns and CSV/XLSX export.

Cost

  • Compare domain lists with stop lists
Tips from the team
  • Keep separate stop-lists per project or client — you can compare against up to 10 lists at once.
  • The comparison is free and runs in seconds even on thousands of rows.

URL Cleaner

Have you been wondering how to extract the root domain from a URL for a long time? The HackMySEO team has created a tool that will simplify this process as much as possible and minimize the time spent on it.

When to use it

Before feeding a URL list into any other tool: strip UTM tags and fragments, normalise slashes and duplicates, or cut URLs down to bare domains.

Step by step

  1. Upload the list of URLs that you would like to clean up.
  2. Let me know what exactly you want to remove from the URLs (for example, remove www., keep only the domain like domain.com, or remove extra parameters after .com like /path/to/page).
  3. After cleaning up the URLs, you can either copy the result to your clipboard or download it in a convenient format.

What you get

A clean, deduplicated list — copy it back out or export it. The counter shows exactly how many rows were removed.

Cost

  • Clean and transform URL lists
Tips from the team
  • Chain it: clean a scraped list here, then run it through Bulk Domain Rank or the Index Checker.
  • The tool is free — use it as often as you like.

Check Positions

The importance of tracking SERPs lies in understanding your website's performance, identifying ranking improvements, optimizing strategies, and staying ahead in Google results to boost visibility and traffic.

When to use it

To know where a site actually ranks in Google for a set of keywords — per country and device — without scrolling SERPs by hand.

Step by step

  1. Enter the domain name for which you want to track rankings and choose GEO for tracking.
  2. Enter one or a group of keywords for which you want to track rankings for your domain.
  3. Get the results. Now, there's no need to check each keyword separately. Everything can be done in one click for a group of keywords, saving you time. Use this to analyze your website and compare rankings with competitors.

What you get

A position for every keyword (with the exact ranking URL), average position and Top-10 stats, history per keyword and CSV/XLSX export.

Cost

  • Track keyword positions in Google
Tips from the team
  • Pick the country and device that match your audience — rankings differ a lot between them.
  • Re-check a single keyword from the results table instead of re-running the whole task.
  • Positions deeper than the checked depth show as 100+ — that's honest, not a bug.

URL Indexer

Struggling to get your pages indexed by Google? Our URL Indexer service helps you submit URLs for fast indexing through our trusted partner network.

When to use it

When Google is slow to pick up your new or updated pages — or the backlinks you bought — and you want to push them into the index.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your account and go to the URL Indexer tool.
  2. Paste your list of URLs that need indexing.
  3. Submit the order — our team will process your URLs for indexing.
  4. Track the status of your order in your dashboard.

What you get

An order with per-URL submission status. Indexing itself typically happens over the following days; verify with the Index Checker.

Cost

  • Google indexation within a few days ($0.15/URL)
  • Fast Google indexation within hours (105 credits/URL)
Tips from the team
  • Slow mode is the budget option for big batches; Fast mode prioritises speed for URLs that matter now.
  • Submit the donor pages of your new backlinks — an unindexed link passes no value.
  • The order page refreshes its status automatically; no need to keep the tab open.

Site Audit

A real crawler walks your site page by page — the way Google does — and brings back everything that hurts rankings: broken links, redirect chains, duplicate titles, missing meta tags, thin content, plus Lighthouse scores for your homepage. One report, six tabs, zero guesswork.

When to use it

Before a relaunch, after big content changes, or as a monthly health check — to catch technical SEO issues the way a search engine sees them.

Step by step

  1. Enter the domain and choose your crawl budget — from 10 to 500 pages. Sites built on React/Vue can enable JavaScript rendering.
  2. The crawler works for a few minutes; the page updates its progress live and you can safely leave and come back.
  3. Open the report tabs: Overview with a health score, Broken links, Redirect chains, Duplicates, Meta issues, and Lighthouse web vitals.
  4. Export any tab to CSV and hand it to whoever fixes the site — every row has the exact URL and the exact problem.

What you get

A crawl report: broken pages and links, redirect chains, missing/duplicate meta, thin content, plus Lighthouse scores — grouped by issue with the affected URLs.

Cost

  • Full technical crawl: broken links, duplicates, redirects, meta issues
Tips from the team
  • Start with a 100-page budget on a new site — unused budget is refunded automatically.
  • Fix the red (critical) group first: broken pages and chains waste crawl budget fastest.
  • Re-run after fixes and compare the issue counts to prove progress to a client.

Domain Tools

Bulk Domain Rank

Vetting donors one by one in browser tabs is how link builders lose their evenings. Paste your whole list — the tool returns domain rank, spam score, backlinks, referring domains and optionally traffic for every domain, in one table you can sort and export.

When to use it

To screen a large list of domains before buying links or expired domains: rank, backlinks, referring domains and traffic in one pass.

Step by step

  1. Paste your list of domains — one per line, up to 1000 at a time. Messy input is fine: URLs, www, trailing slashes and even IDN domains get normalized automatically.
  2. Optionally tick "+ Traffic" to add monthly organic traffic and ranking keyword counts to each row.
  3. Run the check — one request, one table: rank on a 0-100 scale, spam score, total backlinks, referring domains.
  4. Sort by any column, cut the junk, export survivors to CSV. Your shortlist is ready for outreach or purchase.

What you get

A scored table per domain, sortable worst-to-best, with no-data flagged honestly and CSV export of the shortlist.

Cost

  • Rank, backlinks, ref. domains & spam score — 1 credit per 4 domains
Tips from the team
  • At 1 credit per 4 domains it's cheap enough to screen entire marketplace exports before shortlisting.
  • Cut everything with suspiciously high backlink counts but near-zero referring domains — classic link-farm signature.

Bulk Spam Score

One toxic donor in a purchase batch can undo a month of clean link building. Paste your list and get the spam score for every domain at once — worst offenders sorted to the top so the cut takes seconds.

When to use it

The final filter before spending a link budget: screen your donor shortlist for spam signals in bulk.

Step by step

  1. Paste up to 1000 domains, one per line — raw URLs are fine, we normalize them.
  2. Run the check: every domain gets its spam score from the link index.
  3. The table sorts worst-first by default, so the risky donors stare at you from row one.
  4. Cut everything above your threshold, export the clean list to CSV, and buy with confidence.

What you get

A spam percentage per domain with clean/check/toxic verdicts — the toxic ones are struck out of your buying list before they cost you.

Cost

  • Toxicity check for up to 1000 domains — 1 credit per 10 domains
Tips from the team
  • Screen after Bulk Domain Rank: rank tells you what's strong, spam score tells you what's safe.
  • Treat 30%+ as a hard no for money links, and manually review anything between 10-30%.

Expired Domain Checker

Good drops are caught by whoever checks first. Paste your watch list and get every domain's expiry date, age, and backlink counts in one table — expired and about-to-expire domains flagged so you know exactly where to aim.

When to use it

For drop-catchers and PBN builders: check registration and expiry dates for hundreds of domains at once and spot valuable drops early.

Step by step

  1. Paste your list of domains — up to 500 per run, one per line.
  2. The tool queries whois data for the whole list in one pass: registration date, expiration date, domain age.
  3. Each domain gets a clear verdict: expired, expiring within 30 days, active, or unknown — plus backlink and referring domain counts so you can judge whether the drop is worth catching.
  4. Sort by verdict, export to CSV, and set your reminders for the drops that matter.

What you get

Whois dates and status per domain (active, expiring soon, expired) alongside backlink counts — a ready watch-list, exportable.

Cost

  • Expiration dates, age & backlinks for domain lists — 1 credit per 2 domains
Tips from the team
  • Run your watch-list weekly — the 'expires in N days' column is your action calendar.
  • An expired domain with hundreds of referring domains is why people run this tool on schedule.

AI Tools

AI Mentions

For a growing share of searches, Google's AI Overview answers the question before anyone clicks a result. Is your brand inside that answer — or is your competitor? Run your keywords and see the real AI Overview verdict for each one.

When to use it

To see whether Google's AI Overview mentions your brand or cites your site for the queries that matter — the new above-the-organic battlefield.

Step by step

  1. Enter your brand name, your domain, and up to 10 keywords you care about.
  2. The tool runs real Google searches and inspects the AI Overview block for each query.
  3. Every keyword gets a verdict: brand mentioned, site cited as a source, both, absent from the answer, or no AI Overview shown at all.
  4. Open any result to see the answer text with your brand highlighted, plus the full list of sources the AI cited — that list is who Google's AI trusts in your niche.

What you get

Per keyword: does an AI answer exist, is your brand mentioned in it, is your domain cited as a source — with competitor citations exposed too.

Cost

  • Check brand mentions in Google AI Overview
Tips from the team
  • Check your money keywords AND comparison queries ('best X for Y') — AI Overviews love those.
  • If a competitor is cited and you're not, study the cited page: that's the content format the AI trusts.

AI Visibility Tracker

AI answers are the new position #1 — and they change constantly. Save your keyword set once, and the tracker takes a weekly snapshot: how often AI answers your queries, how often it names your brand, how often it cites your pages. Three trend lines show whether your GEO work is paying off.

When to use it

AI Mentions answers 'what about now?' — the tracker answers 'is it improving?': automatic weekly snapshots of your AI visibility per keyword set.

Step by step

  1. Create a tracker set: brand name, your domain, and up to 20 keywords. You can keep up to 3 sets for different projects.
  2. Run the first snapshot to set your baseline.
  3. Every following week a snapshot runs automatically. Each keyword gets its status: AI answer shown, brand mentioned, site cited.
  4. Watch the three trend curves — AI coverage, brand visibility, citations — and the per-keyword change log (improved / lost ground) to see exactly where you gained or slipped.

What you get

Trend lines of AI-answer coverage, brand mentions and citations week over week, with per-keyword improved/lost-ground markers.

Cost

  • Weekly snapshots of your visibility in Google AI answers
Tips from the team
  • Save the set once — snapshots run on schedule without you.
  • Up to 3 sets of 20 keywords: separate projects or clusters cleanly.

Relinking Tools

Internal Linking Scanner

Scan your entire website to discover internal linking issues. Find orphan pages, broken links, and opportunities to improve your site architecture.

When to use it

To audit your own site's internal link structure: orphan pages, pages buried too deep, broken internal links and under-linked content.

Step by step

  1. Enter your domain and choose a crawl budget (10-500 pages).
  2. A real crawler follows your internal links page by page, exactly like a search engine.
  3. In a few minutes you get the health report: orphan pages, pages buried 4+ clicks deep, broken internal links and under-linked content - each as an exportable table.
  4. Fix the issues, re-scan, and watch the numbers drop to zero.

What you get

A crawl-based health report with each issue as an exportable table — orphans, click-depth outliers, broken links — plus per-page in/out link counts.

Cost

  • Internal linking health: orphans, deep pages, broken internal links
Tips from the team
  • Orphans first: pages nothing links to almost never rank, and fixing them is one internal link away.
  • 1 credit per crawled page, unused budget refunded — a 100-page scan is a coffee-money audit.

Homepage Focused Internal Linking

Build a bulletproof internal linking structure for your website. Organize pages into tiers, define URL groups, and let our algorithm generate the optimal linking scheme — ready to implement.

When to use it

To design an internal linking scheme rather than audit one: organise pages into tiers and generate an optimal who-links-to-whom plan.

Step by step

  1. Create a project and import your URLs — paste them manually, upload a file, or parse your sitemap automatically.
  2. Organize pages into tiers (1–
  3. and URL groups. Tier 1 is your most important pages, Tier 4 is the deepest.
  4. Configure the algorithm — set min/max links per page, enable cross-group linking, and choose whether to include homepage links.
  5. Generate your linking scheme instantly. Review results in an interactive visual graph or a detailed table view, then export to CSV, XLSX, or JSON.

What you get

A generated linking scheme respecting your tiers and groups, viewable as a graph or table and exportable to CSV, XLSX or JSON for implementation.

Cost

  • Generate internal linking scheme for your site
Tips from the team
  • The tool is currently free — a good first step before paying for a full crawl-based audit.
  • Import URLs by paste or file, tier them, generate — then hand the export to whoever implements the links.

Internal Linking Visualisator

See your website's internal links as a visual graph. Instantly understand your site architecture, spot isolated pages, and find the best opportunities for optimization.

When to use it

When a table isn't enough: see your internal linking as a living map — tiers by click depth, every link as a visible connection.

Step by step

  1. Enter your domain and a crawl budget (10-500 pages).
  2. The crawler records every internal link between your pages.
  3. The structure renders as an interactive graph: node size shows incoming links, color shows click depth, orphans glow red. Hover any page for details, search to find one instantly, drag and zoom to explore.
  4. Export the map as a PNG for your report or team chat.

What you get

An interactive graph (hover a page to see its connections) plus a table view of who links to whom, with Pages/Links CSV and JSON exports.

Cost

  • Interactive graph of your internal link structure
Tips from the team
  • The homepage sits at the centre; anything floating unconnected at the edge is an orphan you can spot in seconds.
  • Use the table view for handing developers an exact to-do list of links to add.

Done-for-you Services

Besides the self-service tools, our team takes on hands-on link building work. Each service is scoped and priced individually — see the service page and contact us to start.

Broken Link Building

Broken links are lost opportunities. We turn them into high-quality, natural, editorial backlinks for you from real websites that boost your SEO, authority, and organic traffic.

Drop Domain Catcher

Hire one of the HackMySeo team members to search for dropped domains based on your criteria. It's more less expensive than hiring a full-time employee.

Link Building Consulting

We create a custom link building strategy that builds a clean, authoritative backlink profile Google trusts. No spam, no shortcuts — just high-quality links designed to increase domain authority, improve rankings, and push your project to the top of the SERPs.

Account & Profile

Managing your account

Everything lives in Profile:

  • Name — change any time.
  • Email — changing it requires confirming with your password (or your current email for Google-only accounts).
  • Password — change it, or set one for the first time if you registered via Google.
  • Google account — link or unlink Google sign-in (unlinking requires a manual password, so you're never locked out).
  • Delete account — the Danger Zone removes your account and data permanently. Unused credits are lost, so spend them first.

Free checks (no registration)

Several tool pages include a free demo version — index checking, position checking and link checking — so you can test the data quality before creating an account.

  • Free checks are limited per day per visitor; the counter on the form shows what's left.
  • Registered users get the full versions with much higher limits, bulk input and exports.

Troubleshooting

Common questions

  • My task is stuck in "Pending". Most checks take seconds to a few minutes; big crawls and rank checks can take longer because data providers work asynchronously. If a task shows no progress after ~15 minutes, refresh the page — and if it's still stuck, write to support with the task ID. Failed tasks refund automatically.
  • Credits were charged but I see no result. Check the task page first (results live there, not on the form). If the run genuinely failed, the refund line appears in billing history within minutes.
  • A tool says it's temporarily unavailable. We occasionally disable a tool for maintenance. It comes back shortly — nothing is charged while it's off.
  • Exports won't open. Every tool exports CSV and XLSX (real Excel format). If a file looks wrong, re-download it — and tell us, we treat export bugs seriously.
  • I hit a daily limit on free checks. Limits reset daily. Registered accounts have far higher limits.

Contact support

Humans answer — usually within 24 hours:

Or use the contact form — it reaches the same inbox. When writing about a specific run, include the task ID or the URL of the task page: it speeds things up a lot.
